David F. Spang

Mr. Spang joined the firm of Patterson, Kiersz & Murphy, P.C. as counsel in 2005. His practice is limited to Elder Law, Estate Planning, Administration and Probate, Wills and Trusts, Business Law and Planning, Commercial Transactions and Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law.

Mr. Spang has practiced law in Pennsylvania since 1974.  Prior to his moving to Franklin County in 2005, he practiced in Berks County.  He was previously employed as counsel with Roland & Schlegel, P.C. in Reading, Pennsylvania.  He is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Prior to his association with Roland & Schlegel, Mr. Spang was a sole practitioner in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, where he conducted a general law practice.

Mr. Spang is a 1969 graduate of Albright College and a 1974 graduate of Dickinson School of Law.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Franklin County and Berks County Bar Associations.  He is a director of the Fleetwood Bank.
